We want you to love your Sidebalm experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@sidebalm.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full refund
(We’ll cover shipping in these cases.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
